I have a 2010 california with 4k miles. I have had the oil changed 3 times and have had all of the warranty work completed. I have no issues at all with car and it is now out of warranty. I was planning on getting the oil changed and the brake and transmission fluid changed at the start of the drving season in a month or so. Anything else I should be doing given the age and the miles of the car. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

If it were me, I would do it yearly and keep the records. It's going to be better when you resale and the cost is really not that much when compared to the value of the car. I believe the actual changing for it is 7500 miles but most do not get near that number.

So, do your annual and save the records.

+1 I generally get all my fluids changed annually, including coolant. It's no doubt overkill but as Bob says, future buyers usually want records showing at least annual renewal of fluids. Most Ferrari owners don't get to the mileage limit in a year, though Californias tend to be driven more miles than on average for other Ferraris. Given that your car is a 2010 and you only have 4k miles, for you it's time, not mileage. A California at that low mileage (for a California) shouldn't really require anything else unless something needs replacing.
