Hey there, new to the Ferrari scene and had a few questions. I can finally afford to buy my dream car, a 2004 575m and wanted to know what types of servicing costs are involved, ie what are the mileage/time intervals, how much each respective service would cost, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The cost for keeping one of these going depends primarily on how much you are going to drive it and who is going to work on it. In the latter case, it depends a lot on where you are in the country and if there is a good independent available or which dealer you go to. I would not assume that they are all the same in terms of quality or price.

Over time, it will need 5,000 miles services ($2K each?), 15,000 mile (3.5K?) and the 30,000 belt service ($5K to 6K?) Plus tires. Dealers will probably charge more. Ask whomever will be servicing it thier prices and sort it out.

You should make sure that either the belt service is done or you back the cost of it out of the price. It should be done 3 years after the build date, although people have different views on that. It is an expensive bet to make.

    Good luck with your car.
