    just fyi.... these are C wheels due to the small holes for disc brakes

    are you 100% sure? they came ouf of a 1957 A so i thought A
    but i am not a 356 expert

    I can say with 100% certainty these wheels are not Porsche 356 wheels, they may have been removed from a 356 but the factory never used such a wheel that I know of or have seen.
    Another post mentioned that they were for a disk brake cars but the slots on original wheels are oblong not round. The drum brake wheels have an open center with a large bolt circle just like the early VW. In another life I've owned about a dozen or more 356 Porsches A thru C over a 15 year period.
