I had some running issues with my Mondial t which I've now cured. One fault was an air hose off under the plenum chamber which resulted in an air bleed to the plenum chamber just downstream of the right hand MAF
I think this hose has been off for a while, maybe since I bought the car. You cannot see it, I just noticed while poking around the engine bay that it was loose.
The other fault was the right hand MAF unit half full of water!

    The car now runs well.

However I checked the resistance (Mixture setting) on pins 1 and 6 of the MAF units and the right hand one was 330 ohms, the left hand one 456 ohms.

The factory standard setting is 383 ohms and I realise this is just a base setting, but I wondered whether to reset them to factory settings. I was thinking the right hand one may have been tweaked to get the car to run with the displaced air hose.
Is it safe to reset these to the "factory" values?
My car does not have CO2 sensors fitted.

Anybody know if the base setting of 383 ohms is the same for all Mondial t versions. I know this refers to the USA ones but mine is a UK version

I'm going away in the car tomorrow so could do with getting it sorted ASAP

I set them both to 383 and it's fine, better than before in fact, as the slight driveline shunting at low speeds has gone.
