    Is the dealer or ferrari responsible to pick up car if no dealer
    in my area. Nearest dealer five hrs away.

    I don't believe travel costs are part of the agreement that far away. Worst case work with your dealer to come to some travel arrangement if they happen to work with any particular auto transport companies.
