    Back to "Dark Shadows" the gothic soap opera of the 60 w/ Barnabas & Quentin. The two were always together. Now we have lots of hot sexy shape shifting creatures of the night on screen. Who holds the most magic for you?

    I used to chat to a guy on a movie enthusiast chatroom who was in the special effects business, specialising in makeup/blood/gore. He said he was an apprentice during the makeup for Kiefer Sutherland in Lost Boys and years later did Kiefer's makeup himself on a project. He got to chatting to him and asked if the tear when 'David' burns his hand in the sunlight was Kiefer acting or his eyes watering due to the contact lenses they'd fitted him with. He said: "OK, you got me - it was the lens."

    I sometimes wonder whatever happened to him. It was about 10-11 years ago we used to chat regularly, but we lost contact when I moved to the UK and timezones meant that with work/school we couldn't really chat anymore. :(
