Usually these things you have a guy way out in front taking it easy with four different radar detectors alerting everyone behind him what is up. Then you have a sweeper in the rear. Nobody passes anyone and you slow down around other traffic. Still really dumb but at least you have some order or plan. This looks like a bunch of goofs flooring it and racing around.
