SF90 door won't open or close

I went to close the door of the SF 90, and to avoid slamming it too hard, I used the handle gently as a "lever". As a result, the door remained ajar and did not close. I pulled it again to close it, and when I slammed it, it ended up stuck partially open (unable to open or close, even when locking and unlocking the car with the key).

Was this due to the way I closed the door, or was there some kind of defect in the car? How can I resolve this safely?
