    Hi Guys,

i assume that my battery is empty, so I wanted to open the door with the mechanical key. I can spin it around 70degrees but the door still won't open. I have no clue how to put the car on charge or anything without accessing the car.

    Thanks in advance

given it's an SF90 - call the dealer, I would think it's still under warranty. I think a dead vs. empty battery you would use the charger by plugging it in through the hinged power port on the top of the car by the passenger compartment?

If the blade doesn't work to open the door and the battery is flat the only way to get into the car is to get to a point to charge the car and give it some power then you can use the fob to unlock the door. The way to do this is quite complicated so I can talk you through it however it may be easier to let the dealer sort it out. I will also add while it's under warranty, if it's gone flat and was not plugged in then they may not cover it and try to charge you for it.

If the battery is dead or too low then the charger will not function properly, the 12v battery being maintained and charged is key to the whole cars charging and maintenance
