Initial thoughts of what car can do. MIne came with Brigdeston Runflat...a what????!!! When slide, front is intervening and straightens the slide on exit. It is not like typical MR car on slide. It needs a lot of space to mimic what normal MR would behave on slide which means, you have to give a time and space for this car to initiate slide, maintain, let the front slowly not quickly picks up what it usually does on slide which is straightening the slide. After all, you have still less angle and less countersteer in the end than normal MR. To sum it up, your rear is sliding but your front is getting to go straight at the same time. It is fun though. Different experiences. Handling, as in corner grip, is immense. This car turns. I don’t know how it can manage that speed with stupid Runflat. I guess front is doing torque Vectoring?? Steering Feel is good and nice. Pedal, even though it has no real linkage to engine or brake, feels great. You won’t notice difference. The touch screen steering is not good. Totally!! What is up with air-conditioning panel???? Are you joking??? It lacks buttons such as circulation mode and so on. You have to find it in the passenger display. You can not do it with steering either!!! Sound is far better than Pista. Pista has a sound that increases only the volume accordingly to rpm. Less drama. SF90 has some character in the sound. And it has most exciting rasp when on high RPM. This time it revs to 8000 no fake. I will take it to track soon. I ordered MP4S tires but it might not make it in time for track day. In that case, I will try to destroy this runflat out of this world. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat

Impressions on track. Front grip is out of this world. Rear slides and front bites at the same time. It is so much different than what I used to know. Watch 2:34-35 of my Vid. Rear slides, and counter then it goes. Usually, one has to modulate or wait for gas input until rear catches. Rear slide costs speed, time and space for counter and recover. But, with SF90, I didn't back down. I pressed gas pedal on and front catches and pulls rear. Also, it didn't even cost much of space either. This is the first car I chose CT off. Not that I am afraid but I have to understand how car behaves first. Next time, I will try esc off and some slide fun if the car allows me... The closest thing I can imagine to summaries this car is 720 fast with LP640-4 stability yet with no understeer drama. This car is so good and so satisfying to drive fast on track that I can not wait for what Ferrari will do with upcomming hybrid cars.
Thank you for sharing your impressions, its very encouraging and exciting! Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
I just ordered another one. This time coupe with AF package, all those ADAS package and same ND with zuchero interior and silver wheel and red caliper. I will keep this one at my second house. Suddenly, I don’t drive 812 anymore. Torque is addictive on the road. It feels like driving v12 Lambo except with 100 time better 4wd, gearbox, and torque at row down rpm. I am loving it Hope this one arrives soon! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Wait time is too long. I am sure spider will be fantastic. I have 812gts for open air instead. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Beautiful cars guys, I just drove when this week on track, immense power and handling, I have a spider on order but such a long wait, won’t get it until august next year
No no, not the colour, me! My last 4 cars have been GT. I try others on configurator but GT just shows the lines of every car so well. Argento N is too light, Grigio Silverstone too dark, and Grigio Ferro, I go hot & cold on it, too brownish. If I hadn’t already locked in spec before 812 VS was released, I would have gone Grigio 812 Competizione launch colour, that to my eyes is the best Grigio, after Grigio Coburn, of course.
