Oh interesting, that's different from what my dealer told me on my SF90 (which did get the Approved warranty etc). Hope you find one that fits your requirements!

Wait really? Just to clarify is this the same thing as "Certified" and/or "Approved?" I see many many dealers advertising used SF90's as Approved or Certified.

Why would Ferrari not certify their own cars? Doesn't make sense. FWIW my SF90 is for sale and its being sold Certified.

I am happy with it and thought about it for the xx as well. I also like the purple that is a little bit lighter.

They were eager to certify it. I think Ferrari is encouraging it to address any concerns people may have around the hybrid systems. They also extended the hybrid components. - plus the battery - another 2 years. I actually soured the car from another party and worked the transaction through my dealership. They were great. Cost me $4k including a new set of tires.

Also a cheaper way to keep prices of used cars inflated. No CPO and market deflates. I recall when bmw wouldn’t cpo certain models.

How long ago did you call? They just recently added the extended warranty program to the 296 and sf90 and clarified the 7 year battery warranty. They are now offering certified pre-owned program. Plenty listed at various dealers as certified.

    You are right.
Ferrari did added. Its strange some SA has no clue lol.
I am back to search :)

Are there any differences between model year 2021-2023? Build quality, variances, etc.?
2021s are way cheaper than 2023..

Can’t comment on the SF90 differences but can comment on the press release and info on the extended warranty,. It was very confusing. One day I had a 4 year hybrid warranty show up in my app. Had to call the dealer who eventually found out that there is now 7 years on hybrid/battery (3 bumper to bumper plus the 4 years on battery) and was updated in the app when they added the 1 or 2 year bumper to bumper warranty extensions.

There were reports that it was a subscription based warranty but that ended up being false info.

Should be able to cpo. If Ferrari does not, no one would dare to buy it used.

    Received this today

KEEP YOUR PHEV FERRARI IN PEAK CONDITION

    DEAR FERRARISTA

We are delighted to announce two new extended warranty services dedicated to Ferrari plug-in hybrid (PHEV) cars, to ensure their performance and driving pleasure remains in peak condition over time. These two programmes – Warranty Extension Hybrid and Power Hybrid - can be activated at official Ferrari dealers and bought in renewable packages of two, three or four years. If you extend the warranty up to the eighth year of your car’s life, Ferrari will replace its high-voltage battery (HVB). The Prancing Horse is the first manufacturer in the world to offer this.

Both programmes guarantee that in the event of future battery technology developments, your replacement HVB will be a state-of-the art component. And, as with other Ferrari warranty extension packages, they are transferrable to subsequent owners should you decide to sell your car.

    Very good points.
Real values once XX deliveries are done. Current SF90 owners needs to hold down to them til delivery of XX.
No clue when Ferrari will be done with XX deliveries and depreciation on SF90s stabilizes..

I'm thinking to buy an SF90, but I see that these are dropping in Europe even below the 500k range. Do you guy think they will be 400k summer 2025?

Unfortunately the world is a bit F###ed and these cars will only drop IMO. Too many around and too much new stock - a great buyers market if you can stomach the extra warranty costs to keep the hybrid costs under control if it fails. Seems extra warranty is mandatory with this car

    Or -
2-3 years away from next gen - we will see what it is and who gets one.
Cars are back to normal - not sure what's F'd up.
Inflation down rates next - life is good for Ferrari - sold out.
A lot of VIP's skipped SF90, who would have received an XX are kicking themselves, same with next gen. The SF90 is a steal - why wait if you don't have to.
