Does anyone here have 21" Front, 22" Rear wheels fitted to their SF90? We appear to be getting a traction control error during electric operation - presumably due to differential between expected wheel speeds and actual wheel speeds due to the over-sized rear tire.

I'm hoping there's an option to re-calibrate wheel speed but Ferrari aren't particularly forthcoming with help....

I doubt they will offer anything
The calibration would need to be redone for stability control etc and frankly i dont think they care

Finding someone who can do such a recalibration is extremely unlikely. Instead, see if changing the front or rear tires can fix the problem. Get the revolutions-per-mile figures for the stock tires (from the manufacturer's website) and calculate the ratio. Do the same for the current tires. Too much difference in the ratios is the cause of the problem. Maybe a change of tires at one end will make the aftermarket wheels work.
