So I’ve had a 430, 488, Lusso V12 and now a 296 GTS we ordered and specd from new which I’d love to keep forever. We have so many fun memories with it and my daughter loves it

I’m interested in adding a second Ferrari. I’m looking at these

pista - think they look amazing, I loved my 488, think value wise they’ll stay solid. In the uk they’re around £280k for a 2k miles one.

12c - really liked it, not as much as my 296, but did love the size and look. Tempted to order a spider. Think this would lose £100k in first year as a spider would be £450k in the uk and tbh it doesn’t feel like 450k when an sf90 can be had for 100k less in the uk? Mind you it would be new vs old…an sf90 spider second hand starts at 350k but a 1 year old one is 400k. They all have amazing spec in the uk

Purosangue - my daughter loves these (she’s only 4 and cars is one thing that we both like that’s brought us closer together lol). A good puro is £350k second hand in the uk. I think they’ll keep dropping and we already have two range rovers, so not sure a Puro is the way to go. It’d be a great road trip car. I think they represent better value than a 12c as it has the cool suspension and more options for your money as standard

812 - I like them, never driven one. It’s a 12c but half the price. I think the sf90 / pista appeal more though

Sf90 - I do really like these…..Ferraris fastest ever production car? A £500k+ car that’s now 280k for a coupe and 350k for a spider in the uk at a dealer? That’s a lot of car for the money!

anyone own each or have owned each of these cars and can help me decide what to look at?

The cars would get used for road trips, maybe track days, on road trips if it’s the puro we can bring both kids and Mrs in same car, if a two seater my wife can drive one car with one kid and I can drive other car with other kid and we can swap over, which I think would be quite cool

Cars would be driven at weekends only and road trips / holidays in Europe and uk

I’m based in the uk and would be keeping the 296 gts. We also have range rover daily’s

I have a Pista and an 812 GTS and I love the balance. They are polar opposites giving the best of both worlds. I have also had an F8 and a 430 Scud and came back to the Pista for a number of reasons. Drive experience, looks, sound etc. Personally I think the 812 GTS is the perfect compliment to a mid engine Ferrari like the 296. 812 is an absolute beast when you want it to be but is very subdued on longer road trips especially with the drop top adding another element to the driver experience. I am obviously biased because I prefer the 812 to the 12C but if you love the 12C esthetically I’d take a serious look at it. People seem to rave about the drive quality and say it’s a step up from the 812. I personally like the way the 812 looks more than the 12C and I don’t love the tech in it right now. I forfeited my 12C spider allocation. Ive spent a lot of time in both the SF and 296 and personally I prefer the SF to the 296 but I’m doing Corsa Pilota in Sept in the 296 and so I’m curious to see how I feel after that. Good luck. You’ve got good problems….

If you keep the mid-engine 296 I'd say a V12 is the way to go.
And 812 or 12C is a matter of personal preference...

812 imo, 12c is nice (styling aside imo) but you'll lose a **** load of cash on it
