Looking for some PS4/PS5 reviews compared to the Cup2 tires in regards to dry handling. The Cup2s feel a little scary in the rain, but I don't want to miss out on the dry performance. How good to the hook up?

Excellent. I run PS4S on 21” and 22” wheels. Still runs low 2-second 0-60s on the street using LC. They’re a far better street tire than Cup 2s. I’ll never go back to the Cups.

The Cup2 on my SF90 Spider feel like a MPS4S + tire to me, they feel as if they have stiffer sidewalls and I like the dry behavior better. To be sure, they are not as good in the rain as the MPS4S. Most of my driving in this car is not in the rain, so I just go slower if I am caught out in rain. If you want to drive it often in the rain, I would think the 4S is a great choice, even though you give up a little bit in the dry.

The PS4S should be better in dry colder climate conditions?

I span in 3rd gear in CUP2 tires in race mode, it was a bit scary, in sport mode car always felt always planted. I am debating to switch to PS4S.

Yes. They’re better everywhere except in the driest, warmest conditions. I’ve driven SF90s on the Cups on Fiorano in the summer and they’re amazing on a dry track. But on the street the PS4S is more tire than you’ll ever need in warm, dry weather, and they’re superior everywhere else. Even when it comes to road noise.
