I agree. Bras are emminently more noticeable and I've yet to see one that fits a car well. The newest generation of 3M film is super thin, super strong, and has a minimal impact on shine IMHO. I've had it on all my recent cars, and don't regret it for a sec. Best of all, can be removed and / or reapplied as desired. Although some owners go for a full wrap on the bonnet, halfway up the hood is fine IMO, as that's where 95% of the rock chips hit. If you've got a G, behind the rear wheels is a must given the contours of the body. Best.
