Nice photos! I am in Singapore, January 5th-9th to meet with a few of our MAcarbon customers and some retail shops. I had been hoping to participate in one of the famous weekend drives but it looks like I'm a week late! If anyone wants to see some carbon samples or has a suggestion on shops to visit or autmotive attractions, please post it here or send me a PM. Thanks!

Wow Vanq good angles there. I always love cars in motion. If you don't mind, I can loan you my kit next time, the glass is quite good.

    Thanks for the coverage.

John, I believe a few of our Fhatters ordered from you before.

There are a lot of accessories shops in the Eastern part here in Ubi area. Or you can directly approach the lambo, Porsche & Ferrari agents. Most of the major car showrooms are in the central @ LengKee area.

If you can give me a deal on some CF parts for my Murcie, I can be your guide :D

Thanks for the heads up on the locations. I've got a few names from one of our good customers (Red Murci - you probably know who that is). If you have a shop you have personal experience with, we're looking for someone who is focused on getting the best results for the customer.

I have a few samples with me: eGear shift puck for Gallardo (Murci almost same), Murci Manual Short Shift kit, two carbon shift knobs (Ferrari and Lambo), Murci airvent, F355 ashtray, and a few Porsche trim parts. I'm in Japan this week so I did not bring a wheel do to lack of space.

Jon, is that your Murci in the photos and are those carbon mirrors? As for your question, we take care of our friends.

John, u have strong competition here. Most people go for the cheap stickers here & there's at least one company here that does fibre laminate over existing panels. The fibres come in Carbon+Kevlar & in many shades of colours. My wing mirror is CF laminated, turn around time is 2-3weeks, we have to dismantle & retrofit the parts for them. They charge a very fair fee & is a franchise from Japan. I wanted to do all my cabin bits but removing them proofed to be quite challenging & potentially breaking the fragile plastics so I didn't do it.

There's a tuner here that works on exotics, you might want to visit them but they're in the far eastern corner, near the airport. Most other accessories shops service Japanese & Korean makes with a few handling continentals like Merc, BMWs, Audi etc. Speaking of those conti brands, Malaysia has at least one major player doing CF accessories for them as well. In fact, they copied several GruppeM intake system & sells them for cheap.

Most of the CF work are outsourced to Thailand & Indonesia for cheap labour but workmanship is top notch. Only reason they didn't do big is they're poor in marketing & language barrier.

The shortshift kit sounds interesting to me.

that's not true. your car would have been helpful there as the photographers car, high enough to get any angles. and as well as the safety car.

Thanks Jon for the info. Competing on price only is not really possible so we have to work hard to differentiate ourselves.

But I was not trying to hijack the thread. It looks like you guys had a great drive and the photos look to have covered everybody. Having a black '83 308QV myself, I would have liked to see more photos of the black 308!

Here's some pics of the black 308. I like the close up of the instrument panel. The owner is an Fchatter. Incidentally, I'm always on the lookout for a nice 308/328 as a keeper but there aren't many here.
