Bake up some peanut butter cookies in a mini-muffin pan... when you take them out, let them sit for a few minutes, then stuff a mini reese's peanut butter cup into it, then refrigerate for a while. You'll be fat in no time.

Here's one for y'all... this is HELLA good, I just made it with some fresh-picked apples a couple weeks ago:

    Apple Cake

    2 C Flour
    2 C Sugar
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
4 C apples, chopped up into small pieces (I make them about 1cm x 1cm, and use Granny Smiths)
    1/2 C walnuts
    1/2 C butter
    2 eggs

    Preheat oven to 325.

    Grease Bundt pan.
