    Is anyone in the Atlanta area interested in going in with me to buy a case or two of Shell Helix oil? I have located a distributor in ATL and they sell it in 12 - 1 Liter bottle cases. I don't have a final price yet, but should be about $10 per bottle. PM me if interested.

    If you want a bigger volume then try ordering it in a barrel. (I think it is around 20 gallons or so.) Last time i checked this brought the cost down to around 6 bucks a liter.

    Also contact Charles Claussen (Atlantaman) as he is local FOA rep. Maybe we can get a group by via the local club. Maybe we can get a bigger discount if we have enough demand.

    I'm interested though I'm still not convinced this is the best oil for our cars.

    Why? Any quality 5w40 synthetic oil is fine...Ferrari only recommends a certain brand oil because that company gives sponsorship money to its F1 team...it recommended Agip before Shell and Quaker State may be be next...
