Hi Everyone, My 2011 458 Italia was delivered this morning. Here are few pictures. I drove her to work, what an amazing car! -O Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I had the factory wheels powder coated before she was delivered. I think they came out great and look perfect with all the other black accents on the 458.
Looks fantastic with the black rims, will you be trying to get the new rear CF option? IMO it would look amazing on this particular color scheme and complement the interior CF.
Thanks everyone! Bounce, I may go for the rear CF option from the dealer but I really need to see one in person first before I go ahead with it. If anything i'll have it done if it is available during my first oil change.
I'll try to get more pics of the interior and wheels later today. This is the standard yellow, not triple layer. Phil listed some of the options, I also got CF external sill, black lower kick, CF tunnel, other CF interior pieces, alcantara upper trim, front lift and ASF headlights, front and rear sensors, and back up camera. I checked almost every box I could at the time except for the upgraded stereo. I don't regret not ordering it, the stereo that comes with it is more than adequate. Right now I'm in love with the sound coming out from behind as in open her up. Also have the left TFT speedo, and Pirellis. I asked for the SuperSports but I also stated I did not want the car delayed because of tire choice. To tell you the truth I was never a big fan of CF interior pieces until I bought my daily driver, my R8. I found it online at a dealer and it was ordered with fuil CF interior, and when I finally saw it all in person really fell in love with the interior. With the black interior it just looks like it belongs there. -O
Thanks. BTW, congratulations on not ordering shields, I would seriously consider doing the same. Car is equally great without shields, not a sacrilege at all, as some may say.
Phil, I meant the non obvious options Very nice, OQ! A giallo car just looks better to me without shields!
