I had a not so good experience with the dealer. My 812 was delivered with a tilted diffuser and the salesman told me they are all like that. I fixed it myself with shims. As far as the painted shields, he definitely told me it’s not an option and acted like I was nuts. To be honest, I wouldn’t have spent $15,000 on them anyway. I ended up with about $70,000 in extras and I was done. They do look really nice though. I have since switched dealers for my service needs.

Inexcusable but most sales are not enthusiasts and could care less, their job is to sell as many cars as possible. Luckily I just talk to the gm now, who actually knows what he's doing...
Hi, Just read your comment (from June 2020!) about the tilted rear diffuser on your 812. Same with me! And I've heard that "many" 812s have that issue. I mean... why!! Did you just add washers to the bolts holding up the higher side? Sent from my SM-N986U using FerrariChat.com mobile app
