The DCT on the 458 splits many of the hydraulic control circuits up between odd and even gear sets. Since you're having problems with all the odd gears I suspect it's related to one of these circuits. Most likely it's an issue with the Odd/Even Selector valve/actuator. This component switches the control of the shift fork actuators between odd and even. If it's stuck or isn't getting the proper signal from the TCU it could stay locked in one position. In your case, the even gears position. If there's an issue with the odd clutch pack the TCU will dictate that only the even gears are used by intentionally commanding the odd/even selector valve to the EVEN only position.
However, if the trans was working fine before the three week storage I suspect that it's probably a signal problem, not enough voltage for example. Make sure the battery is fully charged. You might want to reboot all the computers by disconnecting battery power (see the manual for the startup procedure after disconnect). You'll lose some of the stored learning values but a few drives will restore them.
If the problem persists, the dealer can diagnose further.

    Intersting Mark !

Which people are the technicians that can solve our problems for reasonable prices (not being F dealers) ?

This problem will occur soon as warranties will expire soon ...

Who will repair the F DCT's of Cali and 458 ...

a common cause of just odd or even gears can be just the internal speed sensor

First thing I thought is the battery. The gearbox relies on a lot of sensors to work properly. If one is seeing a voltage too low to its liking, you'll start having issues. Before dropping big bucks on the tranny, I'd recommend to get a new battery, and to follow the procedure to swap the battery (the car needs to be reinitialised, it's detailed in the owner's manual).
