    Can anyone recommend a good car shipping company. (Preferrably one you have used yourself and 100% trust).
    I need to get a car from Cumming up to the Boston area).

    ++1 Exotic is the best in the business, I won't let anyone else transport my cars. Not to mention they are reasonable compared to others.

    ........and that would be baaaaaaaaad.

    Actually the plan (at this time) is to just get something small my wife can drive (ie. automagic).....and probably
    a 02' Z3 w/3.0 and Steptronic (I found one with 14K miles in fla)........or a BoxsterS w/Tiptronic (and know of one
    in TN). But basically "low key" at this time.

    Bob if you haven't already commited I used Mclaughlin and son shipping in October and was very satisfied. They of course have a web site and they are located in Boston so you should get a fair price on a return trip from down south. The driver is usually a guy named carlos and he was very careful with my car and gave me his cell number to check with him during the trip. It is all enclosed of course and a very nice looking transporter. Check the web site!!!!

    I've used passport transport in the past between ATL and connecticut several times. always 100% satisfied. they are now owned by FEDEX. a friend of mine shipped his 355 from beverly hills to ATL this past year and the driver guy was meticulous. I would imagine they stand by their work should anything bad happen.

    True........ But it was almost 5yrs.......

    As for eBay...... VERY good actually. Was very pleased with the ad process and cost. I "lucked out" with a great buyer. Extremely nice to deal with and 100% followed-thru on anything he said. (actually was ahead of schedule with payment).The transport service (although it was not my car any more) I also felt was excellent....knowing the car would be taken care of.
