Shock trouble

Wanted to throw out props to Delta Vee for their excellent service. Had a rear shock mount go out on me last week. I had both rears rebuilt six months ago. This was the top mount and not the shock itself as I understand it. I had indicated that I did need my car for Friday if at all possible. I'm in SLC, by the way. They called me today and let me know they would have me all set up today and that the shock should be here by fri. Couple of things here, they called me first to give me the heads up on the shock issues. Rare these days, usually we have to call down several times to shops to figure out whats going on with our cars. It was a pleasant surprise to have them contact me. Second they were willing to work with me on the cost of the parts and included the return shipping as part of the warranty. I did check on some local place for faster service and repair. It was worth the extra out of seat time to use these guys. I"ve been curious to slightly lower my car and will be calling them when that time comes. First rate service and work. Thanks guys. Also, I had only become aware of them from seeing a recommendation from another Fchat member previously.
