I haven't seen a thread, so I though I should start one where you recommend model shops that you have been to or bought from them online.

    My top two:

St Martin's Models in London. Bought from them while on vacation and had the cars shipped home. Very nice people working at the store and received all 4 models in perfect condition in a well padded box.

idcow.com I've bought 5 or 6 models from these guys and they've all been in great condition getting here. They also have great customer service.

I would like to add that I have nothing to do with the sellers, just trying to help some people out and point them towards some awesome places to get models.

    I often use:

http://scale18.com/ (Canadian shop, but with very good shipping costs to the US)
    http://www.collectablediecast.com/
    http://www.diecastfast.com/
    http://petitestreet.com/
    http://www.prestigehobbies.com/
    http://replicarz.com/
http://www.tomotorsports.com/catalog/index.php (Canada, fast shipping to the US)
And most often, the classifieds of diecast forums such as here or diecastxchange.com.

eBay is also good but only from private collectors. The mass stores, especially wholesale_diecast_models,I`ve had nothing but damaged models and overpriced, slow shipping.
