shop tp lower f430

Looking for a shop to lower my f430 any suggestions on who to take it too? Any where in Orange County would work.

Call me a skeptic, but no 430 owner I know would lower their car, it is already too low to begin with.

 

Lucent Motors in WLA has a good rep.

Ture. I know some people that have lowered too much and the car was nothing but trouble. I know of a couple who have done the Euro ride height and seem to be okay. I myself, like to see the car sit a little lower than stock.

 

You're a skeptic. I wouldn't own a F430 or 360 if I couldn't lower it. The U.S. ride height (due to our bumper regulations) makes the car look ridiculous. You can literally stick your fist between the top of the tire and fender. Euro ride height drops it about 3/4" all the way around.

As for shops - GMG in Santa Ana or Ferrari of Orange County will also do it.

 

I agree 100%. I had Lucent lower my F430 Spider to euro specs, and couldn't be happier.

We are not in OC, but we drop 430's an inch with no problems, vehicle MUST me aligned after. IMHO. We have done lower for clients who request it but that requires modification of the fenders. With stock wheel tyre combo 3/4 to 1" is no issue. Scuderia will come down 1/2 to 3/4" & we would still recomend alignment after.

If that's Steve's 430 coupe, I've seen it in person and the drop looks killer.

 

Do you take checks that are rubber in nature ?

 

I've always admired YH8T's old 430, I wonder how the ride was effected...
