Should I sue, could I sue?

I too got tired of an SBC bill that only seemed to go up no matter how much "service" I removed. Finally, I made the switch to Vonage (and cable broadband) and it's been ok. Not great mind you.

With Vonage the lines are for the most part crystal clear but when hanging up the phone sometimes you have to do it twice. The pulsating tone that alerts you to voicemail doesn't turn off consistantly when the voicemail box has been purged and friends do report that they have to dial my number twice to get through in some instances as the phone just disconnects. Overall though I think it's worth the steady low phone bill.
