Should The 2015 Ferrari SF15-T F1 Be Called A Dino, A Ferrari Or Both?

A Dino, but the large majority of the modern day Ferrari owner would not know how to explain it being a Dino and not a Ferrari.

I don't think the factory would settle on only "Dino", as out of the hardcores, most no one knows what a Dino is, so Ferrari Dino it will be, if ever, and capitalize on the mystique of the " dear son to Mr. Ferrari", and on and on...

I suspect based on the fact Ferrari will be independent soon they will need to have a V6 product to help with the cafe requirements so makes sense to call it ferrari dino

 

It's a Ferrari Dino. All the competition cars were Ferrari Dino (Dino as a model). Dino as a new brand was for street cars with the 206. Regards, Alvaro

 

The 206SP wore a Dino badge. That's my all-time favorite car.

 

From a pure marketing point of view, to be able to get the name "Dino" into F1 would be huge.

For very little money, the F1 exposure to the Dino name would make rolling out a new Dino a whole lot more successful.

I am surprised they haven't already done this.
