    Hey guys, just a general question that popped into my mind. Are you supposed to run your chronograph from time to time or is it better if you dont and just let it rest? This is of course if you dont use it at all and it is just for looks.

    If we are talking about a mechanical watch then YES definitely! Quartz? Probably still yes but maybe not so critical.
