    Are these easily fixed or replaced? My diver’s side belt is rather… flaccid. I don’t think it would do much in a wreck.

    Its not unusual to remove it and unwind the belt and lop off 2 feet of material then rewind it and reinstall it. There is too much material is what I have heard referenced. There are posts on this like most things people run into.
