    Depends on what you mean by simple. I'm a simple man, and it's great. I have nice things, but don't get excessive. A 2nd house would drive me crazy, too much crap to deal with you know.

    I vote simple but nice.

    Everyone has different ideas about the simple life. But my house compared to F550kids house????>>>>I have a simple life.......and it sux! :D I also have a 2nd home, that is a rental and the rental place is looking after it for me. No hassles with it at all. I am also a simple guy, but would rather be a little more complex and own a big house like F550kid. ;) Being average is very overated, you can trust me on that. ;);)

    I have an iphone shot from an indoor pool area of a 20,000 sq. ft. house here in So. Cal. The property was an extra 10,000 at least. The door on the right is to sauna. Stairs in the back lead to the upper 'wing' of the house.

    Anyways, it was the house of a girl on an MTV reality show. They filmed that night, it gave us a great excuse to "celebrate" at the time. I felt like a king until I woke up....
