I have always loved fine watches. It's the reason I got a job in a jewelery store in Gainesville while I attend UF. I was wondering if there are any other fine watch enthusiasts out there. I'm sure there will be a few with various Gerrard-Perraguex Ferrari watches.

I'm a James Bond nut so I have an Omega Seamaster Professional Chronometer. I hope to get a Rolex Submariner Date in the future (thank God for my employee/manufacturere discount).

Please post a pic or tell me what your favorite watch is.

NIB. 5 is 50 off. He's thinking more like 35-40. I can get 30-35 OTC.

Not quite as expensive as the others listed, but I have a love for these watches. I own the Skyhawk Titanium, and a dress watch made by them. They are both the Citizen EcoDrive, which is a solar power system that they have. I am looking at a Tissot, with the T Touch system, just because I think that it is pretty neat, and I am a bit of a gadget guy.

Some nice pieces guys. Thanks to those who posted the links from the previous threads.

The Jeweler I work for sells Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Ebel, Raymond Weil, and Swiss Army. For Christmas, I am getting my dad a Tag Heuer Formula 1. Hopefully next year I will have saved up enough money to get my dad a Girard-Perragaux Ferrari Watch.

with all these rich guys here... my favorite time pieces are my

Bucherer day-date Automatic Chronograph from the 70s, official cert. chronometer so the movement is good anyway

    and my

Harwood Automatic, 1920s, the very first automatic movement wrist watch. I love Montecito pawn shops that don't know what they have. :)

My two favorites, a GMT Master II Stainless and GMT Master II Two Tone. But when I need to know exact time I use my daughters Sponge Bob square pants one that came with her happy meal, Keeps much better time than the Rolex

You might need to bring your Rolex in for a tune up. I bring mine in every 3 years or so and it keeps perfect time. Never have to wind it just strap it on and wear it.

Yes, you do not have to wind an automatic watch, but it is a good idea to wind it a little once every month as it will keep the added tension on the mainspring to keep better time.
