my accelerator pedal looked terrible and I saw some alt. pedals available for our cars. got the Aluminium pedals, fits perfectly and feels solid ! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ebay has them from time to time. Some even with a Horsey on them. I like the covered (like this) clutch and brake. I also like the plain, worn gas pedal. It just screams, "I GET USED!!!!!!!" Seems a shame to cover it over.
That is correct Robert, got it from Superformance. Joeyj, you forgot to remove the protective cover through the dealer..
I've also installed the Hill Engineering pedal set - they offer two variations of the throttle pedal, a narrow and a wider version. Ricambi sells them here: Racing Pedals & Footrests: Ricambi America - Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini Parts The regular set of 3 pedals for a 3x8 is PS01, the set with the wider throttle is PS01HT (for heel-toe). They also offer the dead pedal separately, DP308/328GTS-LHD I've got the set with the wider throttle pedal: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Mine look the same as the OP's. They are great except I can't drive barefoot (hey, maybe I'm a little redneck...) as the edges of the clutch and brake pedal are too sharp.
I installed a new pedal set a few weeks ago. It looks much better and I really like the solid feel they provide. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I like that extension. I have a hard time rotating my ankle enough to do a good heel-and-toe in my 328. Maybe just joints (mine, that is) freezing up with age.
