No kidding, I took a nap yesterday (not un common) and had a dream that we cashed out of California, bought a place on the water in Florida and there was an Azimut 42 fly bridge on the sea wall. So naturally I got on the interwebs and did the math. Holy crap, it could work out. Now I need to work on the job hahaha. I really miss having a boat on warm water. Im a little jealous of your guys.
