Not even a motorcycle. Bought this Vespa GTS 300 about 6 months ago for 50 cents on the dollar. It had <400 miles on it. It's been a blast. So easy. Plenty of zip and very quiet. I end up using it almost every day to run errands. It minimizes a lot of the hassles of living in a place that gets crowded like Ft Lauderdale. I'm surprised how much I like it. No kidding. It’s a cool little thing that feels more crafted than produced like the Japanese versions. That said, it has honest to goodness headshake like I haven’t seen since a bad Kawasaki I had.
I guess I haven't posted here in a while. Here are some of me on a couple of my race bikes. They're all ex championship bikes that I bought and use for track days. They're quite fun and I've amassed quite a few but here are two of them.

1942 WLA converted to a civilian version. 45 inch flathead - 3 speed tank shift. Fastest I have ridden it is 50 MPH and that is fast enough.
Always focussed (it's a relatively old picture though, but I still own this bike) Image Unavailable, Please Login

It is by far the quickest Sportster I have ridden. It is the first Sportster I have ridden with NOS, but it has the most amazing sound and acceleration when the NOS is turned on in 4th gear.
NOS, I missed that, aftermarket, that's not standard? Do you really need NOS, I have old man Fat Boy, just picked up Honda 500 for son to train on. I was looking at the Ducatis I really like them, had Diavel years ago Thx for reply Best,
No, regarding the NOS. It was just an over the top thing while I was building it. The NOS is set up to only come on with a micro-switch on the carb linkage. It has some other stuff, aluminum cylinders with steel sleeves, roller rocker arms, dual spark plugs, two Thunder-Jets in the carb, and compression releases for kick starting. Not many people care about these old XLCH's. Thanks for your interest. Image Unavailable, Please Login
