I'm sure many of you have had a problem you needed to solved. You call customer service and then have to talk to a computer, or even worse put on hold. It is a PAIN, annoying, a frustrating when you get put on hold for days on end. So try the tips on this web page to by pass the computer and get ahold of a human. http://paulenglish.com/ivr/

They irk me. Yeah, "here's our product, buy it... but if you have trouble.. ummm... uhhhhh.. don't bother us, it's probably your fault anyway"

That 800.922.0204 is one of their internal numbers. Pressing zero will get you to a "customer service" flunkie who will then attempt to transfer you to the department you need.

Verizon Smile-less had the worst in the Florida through Texas region. When they swallowed up that area, they left their lame automated directory in place. I dont know if they finally got it fixed.

    Yin,
This is very useful info: I bookmarked the link.
    Thanks.

without the shortcuts I am usually able to weed through the prompts and eventually get to a person, but this bypasses the aggravation and irritation of having to do so.:)

Hey I had to call my bank, and tried it. Worked like a charm, went right to an agent.

This was recently sent to me by a friend. If half the numbers work it would be great. I've just recently had the most difficult time with Directv and trying to get the correct person on the line. Hope this helps someone.
