    RACINE — A Kenosha man was charged Tuesday with nearly castrating his 7-year-old son.

    The 34-year-old man, whose name is being withheld to protect the victim, allegedly tied a string around the boy’s penis so tight it cut into his urethra, according to a criminal complaint. The boy was taken to the doctor complaining about pain. A doctor found string in the boy’s penis and estimated it had been there for about two months. The doctor said the boy could have lost his penis from the string being there, the complaint said.

    Emergency surgery was conducted to remove the string and insert two catheters into the boy. Revision surgery may be needed in the future, the complaint said.

    In interviews with police, the boy repeatedly said his father had tied the string around him in the bathroom of their house, according to the complaint.

    The severity of the boy’s injury was discovered during an investigation of child abuse in the home. The boy also had a bruise on his face caused by a belt, the complaint said.
    The Kenosha man, who was 6-foot-7, 250 pounds, is facing two counts of child abuse. If convicted, he could be sentenced to 20 years in prison.

    just keep in mind, child molestors are viewed as the lowest of the low in prisons, both by guards and other inmates. justice will be served.

    As a "new"er parent (17 month old and a 3 week old), I just cant comprehend how someone can look at their child and envision causing any type of harm. Makes me sick to my stomach.

    Thanks. If guys like this could be sentenced to 20 mins in a room with decent parents that have control over their stresses and frustrations with children, that would be great. Would eleviate hair loss, high blood pressure and other harmful side effects caused by stress.

    Imagine everytime your kid made you want to pull your hair out you could beat on some jerk off that abused his kid. The world would be a better place.

    Absolutely disgusting! Scumbags like this should be locked up for life and given a thorough beating everyday by prison officers or inmates with baseball bats. Even that is not enough IMO!! No excuse to hurt a child like that! :mad::mad:

    Just turn the perp OFF. Anyone who would do such a thing simply is not a human being in my book and thus deserve no more protection under the law than a dog would. Convict him.... take him out back, two in the head, stick him in a hole... DONE.

    I know you meant this figuratively, but I sure wouldn't afford this guy the same protection that dogs have under the law. It's illegal to abuse and harm dogs; this guy needs LOTS of abuse and harm. Sadly, we'll have to foot the bill for the few weeks that he's in prison before A. he finishes himself off or B. a fellow inmate does it for him.
