Wanted to share the process on the side vent r&i that I did today, first of its not a hard job and I decided to do it on the jacks instead of lift because it’s about the same. It. Doesn’t take any special tools, first off wheel, fender liner, engine covers to get access to the 2 side bolts that you can just reach with a ratchet wrench and remove. Take off the inter cooler, couple hoses, 2 plugs, some lower Allen screws, brackets and a brace blocking it, about 10 mins to get out. Next you can access the lower air grille and vent, just a couple 10mm. After removing those couple parts you can get to the rest of the 10mm holding it in and it will come right out the back. I know this isn’t very detailed but it’s not very hard and if need any info just ask and will try to help.

I don't understand why you'd wanna remove and re-install the side air vent.

Do you mean to replace the air splitter, like to carbon fiber etc?

    Confused.
