http://www.pitpass.com/fes_php/pitpass_news_item.php?fes_art_id=29025 Hadn't even thought about the affects on the workers of the teams, but this is screwing people on a whole different level. Mark
It makes sense and prooves Mosley was right about cutting costs. I'm not saying his approach is a good one (IMHO it stinks), but his goal is to lower costs and he seems to achieve that.
I enjoy reading the comments from millionaires and billionaires who discuss job security and employment issues so flippantly.
I know my company supplies radiators and cooling systems to BMW. Now that the engine freeze is going into affect, there goes our work with the team. Not that we got anything out of it anyway.
Why should the budget be $35 million... or $70 million... even that is too much! All people should work for free for F1... The only people who should make money from F1 are Banana Brain Bernie and Maximum Madness Mosely. Everyone else should pay those two for the honor of being allowed to work in F1. The F1 teams should each give $100 million and all profits to those two for the honor to race in the pinnacle of moorsports. The tracks should pay them $100 milling and all profits for the honor of hosting a race for the pinnacle of motorsports. The budget for each tem should be around $1000. Enough for a donkey and a cart to go around the track!
LOL! I read where Bernie has an opening for buttwipers. I'm thinking of going for it. I just hope I can afford it...
