Wouldn't blame him for "looking" - The current car is a complete POS...... MerHam looks like a genius for leaving right now. Cheers, Ian
Mclaren has until the end of August to renew his option, also button said any driver would love to drive for Ferrari.....hmmmmm Seriously - why wouldn't McLaren renew him? Who else would they have in their pipeline? KEVIN
Note that Jenson, a guy I like a lot, has the same age and carrer profile as Kimi (about exactly the same age: born Jan 19, 1980; Kimi: Oct 17, 1979) and, by the way, as Massa... Rgds
Yeah, I suspect they'd like to keep him around. But should Ferrari or the Cans come a knockin I think he'd jump ship in a heartbeat. Cheers, Ian
Marussia is getting Ferrari engines next year. I know exactly how it went: ''Felipe, we're not firing you, we're simply sending you to another team! But it's quite the same really, you'll still be powered by a Ferrari Engine, which as old Enzo used to say, izza all thatta matters, and the car is also painted in the same colour. I'm sure when it has the Ferrari powers you'll still drive it round the track exactly as fast as you're managing now...''
I would love to see Button in a Ferrari, though due to his age I would rather see Hulk. Would rather have Kimi than both.
Tell me about it I can't zzzzzzzzzzzzz because this crowd turned up again in the field behind me Creamfields 2013 | The Official Website of Creamfields
So Button's option expired on 08/31; McLaren has not picked up his option. Althiught they keep saying they want him.....Rumors of a 3 year extension.... Does that make him a free agent?
My prediction is Button to Ferrari and Kimi to McLaren Now that the RB seat is done everyone else will fall in place
Why would McLaren screw around and not sign him? it's not like they have a strong pipeline of drivers....
