I think the person holding the stop / go pole in the pits should be the grid girl for that grid spot...

And for each stop... she is required to remove 1 piece of clothing.

If my recommendation is adopted it certainly would!!!

Voted no - and I'd also like to see a tire that goes the race distance without falling apart. I know with the high loads these cars pull, thats a tall order. Rock hard rubber for tires would slow things down though.

NO, a waste of time and energy shipping gear around, take it as gift to Todt and his green issues.

It doesn't seem a danger significantly above that which the mechanics already face... being run over by a car or having a driver floor it while they've got their hand on the wheel nut, etc.

    Same here.

Plus, I like the strategies... not knowing whether a driver had fuelled up too much to go fo pole, or to start the race quickly, etc. It was more interesting.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

It's been interesting following this one - We've been darn close to 2-to-1 in favor since first posted.

Worth noting however that with todays rules, this isn't enough to get the change passed.....[Gotta have 70% majority today. JT is changing that to a simple majority "soon".]

    Cheers,
    Ian
