Ten minutes in and everyone has done a sighter lap but Ferrari Track temp 30 C. Three small trails of water across track at turn #1. No rain so who knows where that's from. Weber knocked a corner off his car.
Just having a look at Practice now, (haha Kova just spun) 40mins to go. Looking good under lights! Damn it I knew I should of gone Ham currently fastest.
Most of the drivers having a break with 20mins to go. Ham back on the top with a 1.46.035 Kimi 1.46.103 Massa 1.46.222 Kubica 1.46.618 Kova 1.46.743 Alonso 1.46.959 Button 1.47,277 Rosb 1.47.463 Kova now fastest 1st sector.
Reubens just backed it in. The fence just like Spa, full of water. It could come into play in the race.
There have been quiet alot of spins in the session (due to the white lines?) most spind and recover but Rubens the latest to spin has hit the wall, waved yellows while they clear him.
It looks like most of the drivers are having difficulty with that last corner. Lots of tank slappers.
Massa showing some good speed and handling in that last lap. He is about 4/10 faster than Kimi and just a tad under Lewis's speed. The track looks very slippery. If it rains, Big trouble. They will be back in an hour and live on speed.
Can't see too much passing on this track. Not if the guy in front isn't badly handicapped. Under brakes at the end of the three straights they say. Hmmmm? Maybe?
Session #2 Here we go. If they ever clear the pit walk crowd out of there. First delay 30 mins. Second delay2 mins. Not like singaporeans at all!
SPECTACULAR SETTING!!!!! I don't like these no passing circuits, but what a beautiful place. This is the first GP in years that I would actually like to attend.
