    I decided to post here because I believe this forum has better traction that the detailing one, but please mods feel free to move it if you find it is more suitable there.
    I want to know the paint correction thickness from factory in our single paint TRs (no clear coat) so I can assess if a paint correction is suitable. Anybody has an idea! Thank you very much in advance.

    My original paint 89 was .007" thick. As a comparison my 2015 F150 was .004" which is hard to believe and that included primer.

    0.007 inches = 177.8 micron for the ROW ;)
