    I have looked on the internet for this and it seams like there are thousands of ways to get these, but what is the best way, not the easiest, that you guys get these. I know it takes more than just doing ab exercises, like running, walking or riding a bike.

    Probably one of the most cliched responses to your question, but by far the most accurate. We're all born with abs... you just gotta make sure you don't have any fat covering them up.

    It's all about diet. The fact is that we all have a certain muscle structure in our abdominal space whether or not we see it depends on how much is covering it! Outside of genetics and hormone levels, a physique is about 85% diet and 15% exercise and sleep. That's not to say that the training doesn't require 100% intensity and focus to be effective.

    Eat healthy, most people that have abs lose them since they eat unhealthy.

    If you don't reduce your claories and do sit up or crunches, your abs can actually look bigger
    because you're building up muscle under the fat and pusing out. So less calories , more exercise.

    Oh easy, if you're under 21, it takes some time, but if you have identification, about 2 minutes, and 10 bucks, some gym training is required.
