I have a 2003 coupe gt with skyhook and cannot tell the difference in the ride between normal and sport.I have tried on all kinds of roads and ride is very firm even bone jarring when you hit rough spots.Do other people find this even when not in the sport mode.

I could not tell the difference in ride stiffness using the Skyhook on my GT for quite awhile. I was basically driving along at legal speeds, no "fun" driving.

Then I went on a very spirited drive with a few friends, and at respectable three digit speeds with the Skyhook - off, the car felt very soft as I changed lanes - went into wide turns, basically anything but go straight.

Now, with the Skyhook - on.... the handling was noticably different. Solid body feel as the car went through the paces. Or maybe I was just so up on an adrenalin rush, that I wanted it to feel different.

The only time my 2002 CC felt consistently "bone-jarring" was when the skyhook system went into "fail-safe" mode! If a fault is detected in the system the suspension locks solid. But note that a red light should be showing on the instrument panel if a fault has been detected. The dealer replaced the skyhook ecu and it has worked perfectly since.
