Has anyone ever used this? I think I am going to try it out, I have a terrible time waking up in the morning.

No affiliation, read about it in wired magazine and read several positive reviews online.

Alright! Be the F-chat guinea pig and let us know the results. :)

I sleep like a rock and have problems waking up. Heard about this device a while back and thought about buying one.

Interesting Randy, looks like it uses the same theory, just a different way of collecting data?

You know, the power of the brain is really remarkable. For the past two nights since I read the article about this wristwatch product and the theory behind it, I've awoken absolutely focused and refreshed. That can't be a coincidence - I'm certain that I became concious enough of the "light" cycles that I recognized and reacted to it. No other changes, in fact, I went to bed at different erratic times. I'm holding off on ordering the watch thing and just seeing what happens the next few days.

Perhaps it is because you are willing it and it will be yours. Therefore it provides a placebo effect until you obtain it. (wish it would work that way for a F599)

To explain it a bit further, let's turn to The Chasers: war on everything, and The Secret: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usbNJMUZSwo

    I don't discount that theory.
