    Actually I got up at 6 AM.
    Fixed the kids breakfast.
    Took the wife to work (can't drive -rotator cuff repair).
    Took youngest daughter to school.
    Nordic-Trek for 1 hour watching CNBC.
    Shower.
    Watched the market, made no trades.
    Grocery shopped.
    Cut grass.
    Had lunch.
    Fixed dinner in advance-(Crock Pot Beef Burgundy and Cinnamon crumb cake).
    Checked market, no trades.
    Made stupid F-Chat post (above).
    Picked up a script for the wife.
    Now for motorcycle ride. Bye.
