    am still trying to figure out what it takes to get the 400i registered in CA; BAR was so far very helpful in that I now need to find out if car is "federal" or "CA". Normally a manufacturer sticker is on car under hood with some kind of notion in regards to "complies with federal requirements ...". This car does not have it. With the VIN I was told Ferrari dealers can get us more info on the car. Would anyone know which dealer may do that or if you have good relations with a dealer, since this would be my first car and so far have no relationship with a dealer, who might do that for you/me?? Appreciate it.
    Once we know if federal of CA car, BAR in CA can give me exactt info what needs to be on the car in regards to emissions. Appreciate it.

    Please do a search in this section, there have been multiple threads about this subject. If I recall correctly from looking at those if the car doesn't have CA certification already it is impossible to get it done.
