    Hey Guys,

I noticed that when I floor the car, from lets say 1st to 2nd gear, and shift just before redline, there is resulting wheel spin and sometimes the car will drift, albeit only slightly. Its easy to bring it back in line but is this normal? Its happened only twice since I'm not in the habit of redlining in first gear but I'm not sure if the road condition could be to blame as it wasn't the cleanest of surfaces...The road where this happened tonight I know had some slight debris from nearby construction. My guess is I'm either popping the clutch or giving too much throttle (or maybe both).

    What do you guys think?

Probably wheelspin due to the awesome power of the car or old hard tires.

If you attempt this manouver in a turn, you will end up in the weeds.

Could be both. I'll have to test it again and see ... not in a corner though LOL

LOL! That's a best case scenario. I wish all roads had miles of weed covered runoff.

By flooring the car when shifting you can end up like this guy.
