    Try lubricating the window channels on the sides with silicone spray. Just lower the window slightly and shoot the silicone down the channel. Then you lower the window completely to drag the silicone down the channel.

    Very good tip, but I had already done that and used Tri-Flow, my favorite lube.

    It would appear the way to test this is by directly connecting the battery to the window motor, and seeing if it runs faster.

    If that is the case, then this fix should do the trick.

    I've had my doors apart about sixteen gazillion times this year, so someone else is gonna have to try it.

    Funny you have brought this up now. Just a few days before our drive/mini winery tour with you and Gary R. on Sunday, both of my windows started running slowly. Something to do with the hot weather the week before? Give me a call.
