I have a blinking check engine light (Orange) , loss of engine power....seller noted in “near future” I should replace 02 sensors...any ideas? Have been driving it a lot recently. “Slow down” appears right around 65 mph

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Blinking check engine light is usually a sign of a severe misfire. Driving like this can cause damage to your cats so I wouldn't drive it any further than absolutely necessary.

I would pull the codes on the car but if you want to just throw parts at it then I'd do O2 sensors, MAFs, coils and plugs.

Either a spark/fuel/ignition issue is causing a misfire and putting raw fuel into the cats (creates overheating causing slow down light), or the cat ecu has failed and is shutting down half the engine. Definitely get it checked out.
